Financial Advisor, Funds Manager and Brokerage Services

The Vendor is required to provide for financial advising, funds management and brokerage services.
- Advisory and management services shall include funds designated as endowments. 
- Services provided by the advisor/fund manager/broker shall include the investment management of assets in accordance with applicable laws, College policies, and approved investment strategies.
- Underwriting of bonds is not included as part of the services
- The selected advisor/fund manager/broker will be required to provide quarterly written reports to the Board of Regents and attend public meetings, as requested, to present investment performance and related information.
- Provide College staff and the external auditor with access to investment information and supporting documentation as needed. Preference will be given to firms that can provide secure online access to reporting and account information; however, paper reports may also be required.
- Provide a description of the firm’s overall approach to financial advisory, fund management, and brokerage services, including the methodology, investment philosophy, client service model, and strategies used when working with organizations similar in size and complexity to the College.
- Provide a brief executive summary of the firm, including an overview of the organization, years of experience, areas of expertise, and qualifications relevant to providing financial advisory, fund management, and brokerage services.
- Detailed Budget:
•    Advisory or management fees
•    Brokerage or transaction fees
•    Fee schedules or percentage-based pricing
•    Any reimbursable expenses
•    Any additional or miscellaneous costs.
