The Vendor is required to provide full-service real estate brokerage support for the marketing and sale of location.
- Services include, but are not limited to:
• Conduct a physical inspection of the property.
• Act as the seller’s agent on behalf of the Town.
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to attract potential buyers.
• Provide traditional listing services, including agency listing, signage, and digital marketing.
• Coordinate and conduct property showings; respond to inquiries from prospective buyers.
• Receive, present, and assist the Town in evaluating offers.
• Support negotiation efforts in coordination with the Town Treasurer and Tax Title Attorney.
• Provide regular updates on marketing activity, buyer interest, and offers.
• Assist with all steps leading to closing, including document coordination.
• Ensure compliance with surplus equity return requirements under Chapter 140 of the Acts of 2024.
• Provide all services typically associated with professional real estate brokerage.
