Real Estate Brokerage Services

The Vendor is required to provide real estate brokerage firms to provide comprehensive land, commercial, and residential real estate broker services both locally and nationally.
- Provide comprehensive land, commercial, and residential real estate broker services (“Services”) agency seeks firms with demonstrated experience representing large commercial or higher education clients in the acquisition, disposition, leasing, valuation, and strategic advisory of real property locally, statewide, and nationally.
- Services related to leasing, purchasing, developing, or selling real estate, including, but not limited to:
• Market analysis and property research;
• Acquisition and disposition of land, commercial, and residential properties;
• Commercial leasing services, with agency serving both as the lessor and the lessee, including tenant representation and landlord negotiations;
• Broker price opinions and valuation support;
• Strategic planning, site selection, commercial property development, and feasibility analysis;
• Coordination with agency departments, legal counsel, City (and other municipalities as needed), and external stakeholders;
• Consulting on local and state regulations and advisory Services that provide the most favorable outcome for agency; and
• Guidance on compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
