The Vendor is required to provide service to all county courts through pre-sentence and pre disposition investigations, intake/diversion programs, supervision based on validated risk assessments and participates in alternative sentencing programs.
- Site may provide an existing structure that can be renovated to contain all Probation operations as listed herein or may be available for new construction. If all required property attributes are not presently available at one site, multiple controllable sites will be considered as one proposed location.
- Adequate parking on-site or nearby for the use of employees, municipally owned cars and equipment as well as the general public is helpful.
- Office space for department and staff, including meeting rooms, interview stalls or rooms, bathrooms for urinalysis, separate entrances for adult and youth clients, and additional spaces, as determined in the space planning phase.
- May include additional public or private spaces and uses to include:
• Drug test bathroom to allow monitoring of urinalysis;
• Must be accessible by public transportation;
• Interview booths that ensure privacy for Probationers;
• Bursers office to securely collect restitution as well as computer to allow for electronic payments;
• Workout space with nearby showers/locker room; and
• Weapons storage space.
- Complete physical separation of Probation Staff and Probationers to ensure safety.
- Location must offer approximately 35,000-70,000 Square feet.
- Location must have appropriate accessibility and be ADA compliant.
