Real Estate Broker Services

The Vendor is required to provide for real estate broker services.
- The real estate broker's services will include:
• Assist agency in development of marketing materials describing the property including physical characteristics and other pertinent information.
• Assist agency in preparation of the bid package and related documents.
• Develop and provide a database of prospective purchasers of the property.
• Market sites on local and national basis, including direct contacts, advertising, and internet website marketing.
• Prepare periodic status reports indicating progress in marketing the property.
• Meet with agency personnel on a periodic basis to review status reports on marketing efforts.
• Assist in the sealed bid opening process.
• Assist with negotiation of the contract and other requirements related to the sale of the property.
• Assist agency and its attorneys in coordinating efforts to achieve a timely and efficient documentation and closing of transactions.
• Assist as requested by agency with various other miscellaneous real estate activities such as assistance in locating future agency sites for lease or purchase, providing general real estate economic information and analysis on real estate issues of interest to agency, assist in negotiating for purchase or lease of properties by agency, and provide general expertise to agency on real estate related matters.
• Searching for properties, per district request.
• Developing strategies for rental, acquisition and/or sale of properties, per district request.
• Providing appraisals or coordinating with real estate appraisers, per district request.
• Coordinating and securing title information, real estate transaction closings.
• Negotiating with buyers on behalf of the district, per district request, and
• Handling all other customary activities and services associated with real estate transactions.
