The Vendor is required to provide commercial appraisal services for include:
• Review of approximately 1500 commercial properties located in county.
• Update land guide value for all commercially zoned properties in county.
• Audit all properties with commercial improvements providing 2027 values based on updated land values and updated Marshall and swift cost factors
• Inspection and detailed review of all new growth properties and audits for existing parcels with new construction permits or partially completed on the 2027 lien date
• Review of approximately 100 nightly rental properties
• Travel costs including mileage, hotel, and per diem
• Represent assessor’s office for any commercial appeals resulting from this work at the local or state level.
