The Vendor is required to provide insurance brokers for the provision of insurance brokerage services.
- Advise the Contractor when any pertinent policy details change (e.g. lease termination, general election and by-election results, substantive leasehold improvements undertaken by the Legislative Assembly as tenant, special events, etc.).
- Dedicated Support: The Contractor will provide a dedicated contact person and backup support to provide same day (within 24 hours) responses.
- The Legislative Assembly recognizes that the duration of individual claims is dependent upon their respective complexity however the Legislative Assembly expects the Contractor to respond within 24 hours following notification of an apparent claim.
- The annual policy placement process including a summary of tasks, assignment of tasks to which resources, associated timelines measured in days, the insurers that would be contacted, how insurers are assessed for financial capacity, claims management, etc.
