The Vendor is required to provide insurance brokers to provide comprehensive insurance brokerage services.
- Conduct a fair, objective, and efficient process that enables agency to select a business partner that can provide appropriate insurance coverage for the School, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, and protecting against various risks.
- Assess Insurance Needs: Review the School’s current insurance coverage and identify gaps or areas for improvement.
- Provide Recommendations: Advice on the types and levels of coverage needed, including but not limited to general liability, property, professional liability, workers' compensation, and vehicle insurance.
- Obtain Quotes: Solicit quotes from multiple insurance carriers to find the best coverage at competitive rates.
- Compare Options: Provide a detailed comparison of insurance options, including coverage limits, exclusions, and costs.
- Assist with Policy Selection: Help the School select the most appropriate insurance policies based on its needs and budget.
- Ongoing Support: Provide continuous support including policy management, claims assistance, and periodic reviews of coverage.
