The Vendor is required to provide insurance broker services strategic insurance, risk management, and advisory services in support of district complex wastewater treatment operations and evolving risk management.
- Requirement:
• Consultant shall provide comprehensive insurance broker services for district.
• Consultant shall provide the following services including, but not be limited to:
• Professional advice and counsel as to district insurance needs and exposures.
• Marketing and placement of district insurance.
• Assistance as needed in processing insurance claims, procurement of certificates of insurance.
• Administration of additional insured endorsements and other insurance documents.
• Other services as requested.
• Consultant shall provide strategic risk management advisory services, including support for enterprise risk management (ERM) initiatives, risk identification, risk financing analysis, emerging risk evaluation, and executive-level risk reporting support.
• Consultant shall provide a dedicated service team experienced in large public entity and utility accounts and maintain high standards of responsiveness and communication.
• Services shall include:
• Quarterly stewardship meetings (virtual meetings)
• Annual strategic renewal planning
• Timely response to inquiries and claims matters
• Executive-level escalation support
• Proactive communication regarding market conditions and emerging risks
• Consultant shall demonstrate experience serving large wastewater agencies, utilities, municipalities, or infrastructure-intensive public entities with complex property, environmental, regulatory, and operational risks.
• Consultant shall provide advisory services related to property valuation, catastrophe exposure analysis, infrastructure risk, insurer engineering coordination, and business continuity/resiliency planning.
• Consultant shall provide claims advocacy and insurer coordination services, including assistance with significant claims, coverage analysis, and claim escalation support.
• Consultant shall provide analytical and benchmarking services including loss trend analysis, total cost of risk analysis, retention analysis, and benchmarking against comparable public entities or utilities annually.
• Consultant shall demonstrate expertise in environmental liability, pollution exposures, and regulatory risks relevant to wastewater treatment operations
• Consultant shall provide insurance advisory services for construction and capital improvement projects, including builder’s risk, design-build exposures, and contractor insurance requirements.
