Real Estate Advisory Services

The Vendor is required to provide real estate advisory services to assist with brokerage services market analysis and pricing guidance, marketing strategy development, property listing and representation, property showings, offer management, real estate appraisals coordination, transaction coordination and closing assistance, comprehensive real estate services, lease management, new leases, and to provide additional strategic advisory services on an as needed basis.
- Requirement:
1. Brokerage services market analysis and pricing guidance
• Conduct thorough market analysis to provide current market trends and pricing guidance for the purchase or sale of selected properties.
• Develop comprehensive reports detailing market conditions, comparable properties, and pricing strategies.
2. Marketing strategy development
• Establish and implement a robust marketing strategy that employs multiple types of advertising, including digital marketing, social media, print media, and direct mail campaigns.
• Create high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, virtual tours, and property websites.
3. Property listing and representation
• Accurately list and represent authority properties on multiple listing services (MLS) and other relevant platforms.
• Ensure all listings include detailed property descriptions, high-resolution photos, and accurate pricing information.
4. Property showings
• Schedule and conduct property showings for potential buyers and tenants, providing detailed information about the properties and answering all inquiries.
5. Real estate appraisals coordination
• Coordinate with licensed appraisers to obtain accurate property appraisals.
• Review appraisal reports and provide recommendations based on the findings.
• Transaction coordination and closing assistance
• Coordinate all aspects of the transaction process, including preparation of necessary documents and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Assist authority with the close of accepted sales or lease offers, ensuring a smooth and efficient closing process.
6. Comprehensive real estate services
• Handle all other services associated with real estate transactions, including title searches, environmental assessments, and zoning verifications.
• Ongoing consultation with authority staff and board of trustee members relating to the sale, purchase, or leasing of real estate.
• Present findings and recommendations at public meetings as required.
