Professional Appraisal Services

The Vendor is required to provide professional appraisal services to sources of supply for goods and services, on an as needed basis, for a specified time, at pre-arranged prices and delivery conditions.
- Complex appraisal (land)
• To qualify for this project type, proponents must be commercial appraisers, with the institute
• Project type is for the consultant to provide the agency with advice on the assessed market value of a parcel (or parcels) of land.
• Projects will be complex in nature, consisting of multiple lots (for example: several phases of a new subdivision) and could include residential, commercial and industrial zoned properties.
• Consultants may be expected to travel to remote state communities to complete site inspections, as required by the professional standards of appraisal practice.
• Project type will be an appraisal report (or multiple reports) detailing the analysis, opinion, and conclusion that results from an appraisal.
- Complex appraisal
• Project type is for the consultant to provide agency with advice on the assessed market value of a building or several buildings.
• Projects will be complex in nature and could consist of multi-unit buildings and multiple buildings that are intended for residential, commercial, or industrial use or a mix of these different uses.
• This project type will be an appraisal report detailing the analysis, opinion, and conclusion that results from an appraisal.
