• Tenant and landlord representation
• Background research, market analysis, and site selection
• Acquisition and disposition support
• Lease negotiation assistance
3. Advisory services
• Market research and trend analysis
• Financial modeling and feasibility studies
• Portfolio strategy and optimization
• Support for campus development and expansion.
