The Vendor is required to provide real estate services including acquisition, marketing, and sales.
- Requirement:
• Interface with sellers of listed and non-listed properties and coordinate all written and verbal communications and negotiations, and structuring of all transactions.
• Draft offers, amendments, and addendums related to the purchase of targeted property.
• Interface with all applicable buyers and coordinate all written and verbal communications, negotiations, and structuring of all transactions.
• Draft listings, amendments, and addendums related to the sale of specific properties.
• Coordinate execution of all transaction documentation relating to offers, listings, amendments and addendums by authority board member.
• Provide timely updates to project status and tracking documentation to ensure communication with all program stakeholders and resources.
• Comply with all existing internal and external processes and procedures to facilitate transactional responsibilities.
• Coordinate the maintenance of all records related to all transactions.
• Prepare comparative market analyses (CMA) and marketing plans to present to authority staff and board members before taking listings to market.
• Arrange for access to properties targeted for purchase by authority for appraisers, inspectors, authority staff, and any other applicable individuals.
• Arrange for access to property for sale by authority for interested buyers, appraisers, inspector, authority staff, and any other applicable individuals.
• Become familiar with authority and its applicable programs and be able to articulate to sellers, buyers, and their representatives.
• Brokerage services may involve both improved properties (with existing structures) and vacant land, depending upon authority operational needs.
• Schedule and coordinate closings with all necessary parties.
