The Vendor is required to provide real estate consultant and brokerage services to support strategic planning, acquisition, disposition, valuation, lease negotiations, market analyses, and related advisory services for county owned or county leased real property.
- Requirement:
• Real estate consulting, advisory, and strategic planning.
• Market research, site analysis, and feasibility studies.
• Assistance with property acquisitions, including negotiation support.
• Assistance with property dispositions, including listing and marketing.
• Brokerage services for purchase, sale, or leasing
• Lease analysis, renegotiation, evaluation of alternatives, and recommendations.
• Appraisal coordination and valuation support (not requiring licensed appraiser services unless offered).
• Financial analysis related to real estate transactions.
• Portfolio analyses for county owned and leased facilities.
• Support in public presentations, documentation, and reporting to county leadership.
• General real estate guidance as requested.
• The county reserves the right to select different providers for consulting vs. brokerage services, depending on qualifications demonstrated.
