The Vendor is required to provide real estate appraisal services on an asneeded basis.
- Responsibilities
• Preparation of real estate valuation appraisals and appraisal reports including but not limited to:
• Market analysis and property valuation
• Assessment of damages and cost‑to‑cure options
• Evaluation of consequential benefits
• Valuation of permanent and temporary easements
• Relocation assistance services
• Expert testimony
• General consulting services
• Possess the capability and expertise to identify, inventory, and value trade fixtures, machinery, and commercial equipment impacted by the acquisition, distinguishing between real and personal property.
• Reports must include itemized inventory logs, photographs and dual-method valuation.
• The firm must be capable of providing specialized valuation services for all conforming and non-conforming outdoor advertising signs, monument signs, and billboards affected by the acquisition.
• Relocation specialist experienced in managing residential and commercial relocations, including coordination, advisory support, and compliance with applicable federal, state, and local requirements.
