Services of a highly qualified real estate professional who will be able to assist the District in the sale and acquisition of Real Property over the next five years
- Real Estate Professional shall perform, as needed, the following duties:
• provide Real Property research, investigation, and reporting services for Real Property
• assist the District with inspection, assessment, and valuation of Real Property
• provide listing and marketing services for sale/disposition of Real Property
• represent the District as the selling agent
• identify potential sites to be considered for District acquisition
• work with the District’s Administration to sell or purchase Real Property
• be available to perform other acquisition/sale tasks as directed by the appointed District representative.
