Solid Waste Collection and Recycling Services

The Vendor is required to provide solid waste collection and recycling services to satisfactorily collect refuse from residential accounts and district facilities located within the district; to transport collected refuse to an authorized disposal location, and to properly dispose of such refuse; and to provide curbside collection, processing and marketing of designated recyclables.
