The Vendor is required to provide to assist with the administration of a Short-Term Rental (STR) licensing program.
- Solutions available in the market, including:
•    An understanding of tools, resources and methods utilized by industry providers to identify STRs and to enforce regulatory compliance
•    To learn how data reliability is managed
•    Identify what key performance indicators or other metrics are utilized by industry providers in other localities
•    Insight into associated costs to assist with development of a budgetary estimate
