- This step will identify the necessary training modules and create a comprehensive training schedule tailored to meet the needs of the staff at different hierarchical levels.
- Identify the agency's internal strengths and challenges, identify external trends and factors that may impact the agency and the community(s) it serves (i.e., conduct a SWOT analysis).
- This strategic analysis will provide insights into both the internal and external factors influencing QI efforts.
- Create goals and SMAR.TIE (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Time-constrained) objectives related to implementation of the QI Plan.
