The vendor is required to provide early learning trainer will be responsible for delivering training and support in the following categories:
a. Child care management:

• Support for children’s regulation
e. Supporting children with physical, cognitive, and emotional delays:
• Techniques for identifying and supporting children with various delays.
• Creating individualized plans to meet each child's unique needs.
f. Providing inclusion classrooms:
• Strategies for creating inclusive classroom environments.
• Ensuring all children, regardless of abilities, can participate fully.
g. 0-3 brain development:
• Understanding the critical stages of brain development in infants and toddlers.
• Implementing practices that support optimal brain growth and development.
h. Mental health for infants and toddlers:
• Recognizing and addressing mental health needs in young children.
• Providing support and resources for families and caregivers.
i. Other learnings that support quality child care:
• Additional training topics that contribute to high-quality child care services.
