RFP Description

The Vendor is required to provide an adaptive educational software solution that supports personalized learning and academic growth for k-12 students and offering an agency approved universal screener for k-12 literacy and progress monitoring.
- The platform must align with state college and career readiness standards, offer evidence- based interventions, intuitive reporting, and integrate with district technology, while also including comprehensive professional development and ongoing support to ensure successful implementation across our 17 schools.
- A comprehensive educational software solution to enhance student learning, streamline administrative tasks, and improve overall educational outcomes.
- Provide software that will meet the following guidelines:
• Has a universal literacy screener as approved by agency k-2
• Has a diagnostic that provides individualized learning progressions for k-12 learners
• Aligned to the latest state CCR standards (i.e., 2024 Ela, 2025 math or will be ready ahead of July 2025)
• Provides meaningful, personalized learning that is adaptive and geared to promote student growth in core content areas (English language arts, mathematics, science, and social studies)
• Provides instruction and automatic remediation and supports learning building blocks
• Targets unique learning needs and provides evidence-based targeted interventions with both digital and paper-based learning opportunities
• Provides easily understandable data visualizations, student growth and progression over time, progress monitoring feature for reading and math and customizable reports
• Administrator, teacher, and parent-friendly reporting
• Offers built-in assessments and tracks student growth along the k-12 learning progression
• Provides resources and tools to support English language learners (ells) including parent reports in various languages.
• Facilitate the implementation of MTSS by providing tools for tier i, tier ii, and tier iii instruction.
• Provides educators with a variety of state standard aligned resources and assessments.
• Provides benchmark test (BOY, Moy, and EOY) that aligns with state and national standards.
• Qualifies as one of dimension b of gifted and talented identification as required by agency.
• Compatible with apple iPad and MacBook
• Integrates with class link and possibly schoology LMS
• Offers content to be read-aloud and easily translated into a variety of languages
• Offers accessible content for all (key accessibility features are built-in)
• Includes on-site professional development opportunities for each elementary, middle, and as necessary high school site (19) at a minimum of four site visits per school per year
• Includes a minimum of three on-site administrator professional development sessions that support efficacy and data analytics for each year of the contract
• Includes a minimum of six on-site train-the-trainer sessions with technology integration and implementation specialists and a minimum of three sessions for each additional year of the contract
• Includes three instructional coach sessions per year of the contract.
