• Housing should be safe and designed with the well-being of staff in mind.
• Timeline: the submissions may provide a clear timeline for project completion, including any phases of construction or renovation.
• Maintenance and management: the submissions may outline plans for the ongoing management, maintenance, and operation of the housing once completed or acquired.
• This includes rent collection, property upkeep, and addressing tenant needs.
• Funding and/or financing: submissions should address how the project will be financed, including any potential public or private funding sources, tax incentives, or partnerships.
• Compliance and regulations: submissions must comply with local, state, and federal regulations regarding zoning, land use, environmental impact, and housing codes.
