- Designing, fabricating, and installing advertising displays (physical and digital):
• The selected firm shall undertake the task of designing advertising displays, both physical and digital, that are visually appealing, functional, and strategically located throughout the airport terminal.
• This includes conducting site surveys to identify optimal locations for advertising displays, both physical and digital, that maximize visibility and audience engagement.
• The firm will be responsible for fabricating the advertising displays, both physical and digital, to industry standards, ensuring durability, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Installation of advertising displays, both physical and digital, will be carried out efficiently and professionally, minimizing disruption to airport operations.
• Provide and maintain software access for all digital displays.
• Provide sufficient staff to ensure immediate repair and replacement of advertisement graphics.
- Marketing and selling advertising space:
• The firm shall develop a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy to attract advertisers and maximize revenue from advertising space within the airport terminal.
• This includes identifying target markets, developing promotional materials, and actively soliciting potential advertisers through various channels.
• The firm will negotiate contracts and rates with advertisers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet the needs of both parties.
- Operating and maintaining advertising displays (physical and digital):
• The firm will be responsible for maintaining advertising displays' ongoing operation and maintenance to ensure optimal visibility and performance.
• This includes regularly monitoring, cleaning, and repairing advertising displays as needed to address issues such as damage, malfunction, or obsolescence.
• The firm will implement measures to minimize downtime and ensure that advertising displays remain operational at all times to maximize advertisers' exposure.
- Managing all aspects of the advertising program:
• The firm shall manage all aspects of the advertising program, including billing, collections, and reporting.
• Developing and implementing a comprehensive advertising program aimed at enhancing advertising efficiency, reducing visual clutter, creatively capturing the cultural essence and quality of life in county, and fostering a distinct and favorable impression among travelers to the region.
• This includes invoicing advertisers, tracking payments, and managing accounts receivable to ensure timely and accurate revenue collection.
• The firm will provide detailed reports to county airport on the advertising program's performance, including revenue generated, advertising occupancy rates, and other key metrics.
- Compliance with regulations and guidelines:
• The firm shall comply with all applicable regulations and guidelines related to airport advertising, including those set forth by regulatory agencies, and industry associations.
• This includes adhering to restrictions on advertising content, size, placement, and duration and obtaining any necessary permits or approvals for advertising activities within the airport terminal.
- Providing regular updates and reports:
• The firm shall provide county airport with regular updates and reports on the advertising program's performance.
• This includes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports detailing advertising revenue, occupancy rates, advertiser satisfaction, and any other relevant metrics.
• The firm will collaborate with county airport to review performance data and identify opportunities to improve or optimize the advertising program.
• At county airport's sole discretion, the firm shall work jointly with county airport on a regular basis, whether monthly, quarterly, or yearly, to develop strategies, plans, and recommendations that align with organizational objectives.
