The Vendor is required to provide art market include:
• Day: Wednesdays
• Dates: November 2025 - April 2026
• Time: 10 am - 2 pm
• Fee: $50 per day plus tax
- Additional Dates at No Cost Included:
• February 14, 2026 Concourse in the town 10:00 AM-3:00 PM
• March 14, 2026 Irish Fest 11:00 AM-5:00 PM - Event promoter shall:
• Ensure vendor list must be submitted 30 days prior to the start date.
• Additional vendors that are added throughout the year must be submitted at least one week in advance.
• Ensure all vendors are required to have a current fountain hills business license.
• The event promoter, will be assessed a $250 penalty fee for any vendors selling that do not have a business license.
• Be responsible to overseeing the set-up, event show, and tear down.
• Submit certificate of insurance at least 30 days prior to the start of the event.
• Track sales from the vendors to capture sales and attendance for economic impact; this report shall be communicated to the town in writing within 30 days after each event.
• Ensure minimum of ten artists per week.
• Ensure products include any art or craft materials.
• Items that cannot be sold include: food, non-food value –added items such as soap, candles, cosmetics and household items.
• Ensure artist will have 1.5 hours prior to set up and 1.5 hours after the close of the event to tear down.
• Ensure all vendors allow the town of fountain hills to inspect their booth at any time, with or without notice, so as to maintain the integrity.
• Communicate to the artists they are not permitted to park on avenue of the fountains, local businesses, and surrounding amenities.
• Parking on the avenue of the fountain is only permitted during set up and tear down.
• Ensure/enforce that all advertising on town property adheres the town sign codes.
• Be responsible for submitting weekly attendance and sales report to the town.
