The vendor is required to provide that
- Maintaining, operating, developing and enhancing modeling analytics, budget setting analysis as well as ad-hoc analysis.
1. Modeling analysis
• Adjustments to deterioration assumptions;
• Refining performance metrics;
• Refining performance targets;
• Refining asset treatments and associated costs;
• Cost and benefit assumptions;
• Updating or changing inventories;
• Refining deterioration assumptions;
• Refining treatment triggers;
• Refining recommended project selection criteria;
• Developing and refining a list of recommended projects for the 10-year plan;
• Informing department asset management program of latest best practices in asset modeling; and
• Other refinements.
2. Budget-setting analysis
• Loading the most recent asset data into aims;
• Determining aims budgets (e.g., how much funding to apply to fixed costs vs. projects);
• Configuring the individual asset budget scenarios;
• Configuring the individual asset slider tool budget scenarios;
• Running “generate strategies” and the “optimization” for each asset;
• Running the “slider analysis”;
• Outputting and formatting the results (“performance graphs”);
• Configuring, running and summarizing the potential MODA analysis;
• Running the cross-asset analysis; and
• Summarizing the cross-asset analysis results.
- Developing analysis and modeling parameters for new assets that will then be added to aims.

1. Cross asset optimization
• Develop analysis that allows comparison of assets (e.g., budget distribution among assets, treatment prioritization, etc.);
• Develop a system to compare investments and treatments across different asset classes; and
• Perform final cross asset optimization analysis.
2. Multi-objective decision analysis (MODA)
• Refine aims analyzes to include MODA factors in addition to existing asset condition performance metrics;
• Refine treatment recommendations for assets based on consideration of MODA factors;
• Configure aims to calculate the value of benefits of asset treatments using MODA factors; and
• Perform cross asset analysis and budget optimization in aims based on MODA factors.
3. Risk and resilience
• Developing a risk and resilience analysis to optimize project selection;
• Adding additional risk and resilience treatments to aims;
• Developing analysis related to modeling with risk and resilience factors; and
• Ad-hoc risk and resilience analysis.
- Hosting on-site or remote meetings for aims development and training

• Exporting analyses results; and
• Developing performance graphs in microsoft access and excel.

2. Dashboards
• Aims data is exported into excel or access to develop asset investment and condition performance graphs
• This task contractor shall continue development of powerbi dashboards to report investment and resulting performance for each asset.
• Contractor shall develop dashboards (or modify existing dashboards) that will show suggested treatments for each budget category to allow the asset managers to access their asset information easily.
- Preparing the latest aims analysis and configuration for upload to department servers.
• Prepare latest aims analysis for upload to dTIMS on department servers within two weeks of department request.
