The vendor is required to provide in-venue retail merchandise sales and management for each on-campus ticketed sporting event and select other athletics sponsored events.
- The university bookstore, wolf pack outfitters, is the official store of state athletics; vendor shall not direct any business to or otherwise reference alternative brick and mortar stores or online web sites in its advertising, promotions and marketing under this agreement; vendor may use an email address and/or phone number to facilitate returns and exchanges of merchandise purchased at athletics sponsored games and events.
- Vendor must provide staffing, personnel, management, equipment and any other necessary items to perform the services defined and included herein; provide your company’s proposed staffing plan to perform the services defined and included herein; your proposal must address the following areas:
• Personnel policies
• Hiring policies, including required qualifications, for merchandise management, sales and fulfillment.
• Background check program and policies
• Compensation program
• Commitment and plan to hire student employees
• Corporate support services and regional management support
• Vendor must provide a work force possessing the skills, knowledge and training to satisfactorily perform the services required by the contract. - Proposing vendors must provide information on the company’s background, including:
• The company name, address, city, state, zip code, telephone, and fax numbers.
• A brief overview of your company including number of years in business, number of employees, nature of business, and description of clients.
• Any parent corporation and/or subsidiaries, if appropriate.
- Describe and demonstrate your company’s experience participating in two to three annual programs throughout the year, similar to these below:
• College colors day
• Military appreciation day product
• State specific breast cancer awareness product
• Unique state branded anniversary product of which the vendor will be notified at least four (4) months prior to event
• Any specialty apparel partner (Adidas) strategy product
- Vendor may be required to participate in any of the above promotional days throughout the year.
