The Vendor is required to provide comprehensive audio visual (AV) services, including equipment provision, installation, operation, maintenance, and technical support.
- Services may be required for events, meetings, presentations, training rooms, and other designated areas on an as-needed or project basis.
- Equipment Provision
1. Furnish all necessary AV equipment, including but not limited to:
• Projectors, screens, and displays
• Audio systems (microphones, speakers, mixers)
• Video equipment (switchers, scalers)
• Lighting systems
• Cabling, accessories, and power components
- Installation and Setup
• Deliver and install AV equipment according to project specifications.
• Ensure all installations meet safety, accessibility, and operational standards.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance prior to use.
- Technical Operation
• Provide qualified AV technicians for system operation during live events or presentations, as needed.
• Monitor and adjust AV systems in real time for optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Maintenance and Support
• Provide ongoing maintenance of AV equipment, including cleaning, firmware updates, and diagnostics.
• Offer timely repair or replacement services as necessary.
• Maintain detailed service logs and inventory tracking.
- System Integration and Training (if applicable)
• Integrate AV systems with existing infrastructure (e.g., network, video conferencing platforms).
• Provide user training and operation manuals to designated personnel.
