The vendor is required to provide audio visual presentation and controlling systems contractor services on an as-needed basis.
- The installation and service of video surveillance systems as well as associated cabling, hardware and pathways include to cameras, digital video recorders, network video recorders, VMS software, client software, cabling, equipment racks, conduits, cable support devices, fire-stopping, surge protection, and grounding/bonding systems.
- The city's project manager or designee shall furnish materials and other undefined labor.
- Labor provided by the contractor shall be billed according to the hourly rates bid for labor; the hourly rate bid shall include full compensation for labor, equipment use, travel time, and any other costs to the contractor.
- Unless otherwise provided in project documents, the contractor shall provide and pay for all labor, materials, equipment, tools, construction equipment and machinery, water, heat, utilities, transportation, and any other facilities and services necessary for the proper execution and completion of the project whether temporary or permanent, and whether or not incorporated or to be incorporated in the project.
