The vendor is required to provide from qualified firms interested in installing an audio-visual system at our that is being constructed.
- Design, purchase, and installation of all components required to provide for the city’s intent. the components would include any speakers, amplifiers, cabling, microphones, antennas, controllers, signal processor, etc. required.
- Configuration and installation of any software required for this system to function as intended.
- Training for city staff on the utilization of said system.
- Three-year service and maintenance agreement to be included with this bid.
- The service and maintenance agreement to include one yearly site visit for preventative testing and maintenance.
