The Vendor is required to provide for the audio-visual service needs at town meetings.
- Provide AV technology, hardware, and staffing for the town meetings.
- Meetings will include, but are not limited to, the annual town meeting in May of each year, and if needed, a special town meeting in the fall of each year.
- Town AV Support will provide show via one (1) HDMI feed.
- Vendor to provide powered HDMI Splitter sufficient to feed the projector, monitors, NCTV and Gymnasium equipment (Qty 12)
- Alternate Moderator – 4 microphones
- Auditorium
• Monitors: 2 per table, (4 tables, 1 for Moderator, 1 spare)
- Gymnasium
• Large Screenters in the gymnasium will have ability to speak from gymnasium to MWA (Pic-in-Pic) (Qty 4).
- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
