The Vendor is required to provide pickup, transport and delivery for bank deposit mail courier services for sun n’ fun (see schedule for address), based on the schedule provided to the vendor by the county.
- Daily regular bank deposit courier services shall be completed between the hours of 8:00am and 10:00am; with all deposit slips delivered to the bank by 2:30pm.
- Weekend pickups shall be delivered to the bank’s overnight drop box.
- Holiday services shall be completed between 10:00am and 12:00pm; with all deposit slips delivered to the bank by 3:30pm.
- Please refer to the attached 2025 campus holiday schedule for reference on dates eligible for holiday rates.
- Holiday pickups shall be delivered to the bank’s overnight drop box.
- No service shall be performed or charged to the county on days in which sun n’ fun is closed to the public.
- The county will provide a service schedule to the vendor each month.
- The county reserves the right to add or delete any scheduled pickups with a seven (7) day written notice to the vendor.
- Comply with all applicable federal, state and local regulations associated with the handling and transport of the products.
- Maintain all applicable licenses and insurances required by all federal, state and local regulatory agencies.
- Vendor must supply copies of the following current, valid documentation prior to award (see insurance requirements attachment for full details):
• Certificate of insurance for commercial liability
• Workers compensation or workers compensation exemption from the state for the owner of the business
• Certificate of insurance for auto or a statement verifying the individual drivers have current and valid automobile insurance confirmed by the company.
• Certificate of insurance for crime/employee dishonesty.
