The vendor is required to provide need of installing public wi-fi and security cameras within this new park to provide an amenity top our residents and help secure the grounds while it is being used.
- The camera system requires 24x7 recording with infrared capabilities.
- The public wi-fi system would have to be able to handle a load of up to 4,000 client devices connecting to the system during our larger events with good quality data throughput
- Purchase and installation of seven (7) or other count of exterior cameras to cover the area denoted in the map of the grounds.
- Purchase and installation of two (2) interior cameras in the building.
- Purchase of a network video recorder (NVR) for above cameras.
- Configuration and integration of the cameras and NVR
- Design, purchase, and implementation of the required network gateway, access points, and switches required to provide public wi-fi and camera network services.
- Purchase and installation of any required bridges or cabling required to connect all devices.
- Purchase and installation of any outdoor enclosures for above listed equipment, as required.
- Purchase and installation of any components required for the functioning of this network and security system.

- Public wi-fi and network:
• Ubiquiti gateway required for connection to city provided ISP service; example being the enterprise fortress gateway.
• Ubiquiti switches with 10/100/1gb ports, minimal, as required. 1gb wan connection for ISP, minimal.
• examples of access points that would potentially provide the coverage required would be the e7 audience access point or a combination of smaller access points.
• Unifi application compatible.
• Any switches to be installed outdoor to be securely stored in an appropriate container that is weather and vandal resistant (ip65 and k04 rating, minimal).
• Access points and any outdoor components to be environmental and vandal resistant (ip65 and k04 rating, minimal).
• Any and all components required to fulfill the functioning of the network to be included. examples are SFP transceivers, patch cables, power cords, POE injectors, etc.
• Distance from the park building to the furthest wi-fi location is over 400ft. wireless bridging can be part of the design versus fiber runs through the city provided conduits, but throughput will need to be considered in the design provided by the bidder.
• All required configurations within the Unifi software to provide for two separated vlans, one for cameras, and one for wi-fi, with proper data priority provided for the camera
• All required configurations within the Unifi software to provide for proper security configurations for general use to be included within the scope of this RFP.
• Locations for the wi-fi access points have been provided, but they are open for considering based on the requirements to cover the grounds effectively.
