RFP Description

The Vendor is required to provide cops camera upgrades security services for the current coaxial security camera system with new IP cameras and cabling at 6 school sites.  
- Removal of existing coaxial security cameras prior to installation of new cabling and cameras
- Installation of a minimum of 269 cameras (interior and exterior)
- 3 year software licensing cost included in bid proposal
- All indoor and outdoor cameras shall have the following specifications at minimum:
• Minimum of 5mp resolution
• Optical & digital zoom camera capabilities preferred
• IP66 rating to protect against dust & environmental elements for outdoor cameras
• IK8 vandal resistant rating or above
• Infrared illumination for night visibility
• Capability to produce video at minimum 24 fps or more
• Image stabilizing to reduce blurring
• Day and night viewing and recording capability
• Standard rj45 connectivity including power over Ethernet (Poe) capability to receive power
• Motion detection either as a camera option or an option on the management interface
• Capability to record audio
• Capability to perform computer vision analytics
• Built in solid state hard drive capable of recording 30 days of continuous video; does not require additional equipment (i.e. servers or network video recorders to support operation)
• Full range of camera models: bullet, fisheye, dome, mini-dome, multi-sense
• Ability to integrate with a remotely managed viewing station
• Ability to support aes256 encryption standards
• UL/CUL 62368-1 certification for audio/video, information and communication technology equipment
• Up to 30 days of retention
- The solution shall have the capability to add additional cameras on demand as deemed necessary by county public schools in the future
- All outdoor camera enclosures shall be vandal-proof, anti-tampering, and anti-vibration compliant
- Onsite installation (wall mount, installation parts, cabling, labor)
- EMT raceway required where wiring will be exposed and there is currently no cable route to follow
- Remote management (included in licensing fees) that allows district personnel to create immediate access to law enforcement agencies during crisis situations
- Camera and software license allows for AI-based video analytics
- Camera system must be cloud-managed and off-site accessible
- Camera system must be supported by modern-day web browser (i.e. chrome)
- Technical support included for the life of license
- Vendor is authorized reseller of county or equivalent
- All firmware updates will be include
- Supports two-factor authentication to access cloud-managed portal
- Audit logging—ensuring appropriate personnel is performing the action
- Encrypts all traffic that is transmitted over our network using both AES 128 and TLS v
- End-to-end encryption and validation of digital evidence
- Initial training and ongoing support for admin users.
- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
