RFP Description

The Vendor is required to provide for centralized platform integrating instructional materials, student tutoring, and teacher training, and coaching for mathematics grades k-8.
- The platform must offer both asynchronous and synchronous training opportunities to enhance teacher efficacy, focusing on equipping educators with the necessary skills to blend conceptual understanding with procedural fluency.
- Provide ongoing, on-site, school-based coaching to reinforce content knowledge and optimize platform implementation.
- Provide a wide range of high-quality, evidence-based instructional materials for k-8 mathematics instruction across various settings, including tutoring.
- Ensure full integration with class link.
- Guarantee comprehensive coverage of all k-8 mathematics concepts through instructional materials.
- Supply student-facing digital lessons that address each k-8 math concept.
- Provide materials for teacher/tutor-led instruction.
- Ensure instructional materials are adaptable for daily math instruction or as core resources for tutoring.
- Include digital lessons, curriculum materials, and teacher resources for effective instruction.
- Provide printed student notebooks to complement digital lessons.
- Align instructional materials with evidence-based best practices for mathematics instruction.
- Utilize the concrete-pictorial-abstract (CPA) teaching method to help students develop a deep understanding of mathematics.
- Ensure lessons adapt in real-time to keep students on grade-level work.
- Enhance teachers' subject knowledge and teaching methods, improving both conceptual understanding and procedural fluency.
- Offer both asynchronous and synchronous professional development sessions to support and build teacher efficacy.
- Provide ongoing on-site and virtual training to support educators and leaders throughout the program rollout.
- Supply access to 40+ hours of on-demand videos to assist educators in deepening their understanding of key mathematics concepts.
- Offer professional development that strengthens teacher efficacy, expands content knowledge, and integrates conceptual and procedural fluency.
- Provide strategies to help students’ master complex grade-level concepts.
- Deliver a comprehensive professional development program that includes workshops, webinars, and continuous support.
- Provide coaching and mentoring services to support teachers in implementing instructional materials and improving teaching practices and effective platform usage.
- Offer both onsite and virtual training for educators and district leaders during the program’s deployment.
- Assist schools and districts with effective program deployment and implementation.
- Collaborate with agency through state-level meetings and continuous data reporting.
- Coordinate with agency to conduct annual, year-end efficacy studies to evaluate program impact.
- Provide bi-weekly school-level coaching for up to 100 selected schools.
- Offer access to a comprehensive library of instructional videos, lesson plans, and resources to support high-quality math instruction.
- Facilitate collaboration among educators to share resources, insights, and best practices.
- Provide robust customer support for schools and districts addressing technical issues, platform navigation, and implementation challenges.
- Ensure the platform includes a full suite of instructional resources, assessments, and practice materials aligned with state standards.
- Provide an integrated student tutoring platform with features such as virtual tutoring sessions, interactive problem-solving, and immediate feedback.
- Offer detailed analytics and reporting tools to track student progress and identify areas requiring improvement.
- Provide a comprehensive curriculum library for educator professional development, including videos, digital lessons, and evidence-based instructional strategies to support professional learning communities.
- Offer online resources for families, including summer learning plans and unrestricted access to digital math lessons and instructional videos.
- Support agency through regular state-level meetings and ongoing data reporting to ensure successful program implementation and evaluation.
