The vendor is required to provide and replace the existing surveillance system, access control system, aiphone systems, and all existing cabling.
-In addition, the bidder shall install a separate.
-Existing systems
•The existing systems include the following:
oSurveillance system
Twenty-six (26) cameras.
One (1) DVR device
One (1) monitor
oAccess control system
Twenty-one (21) access-controlled doors.
One (1) PC/workstation.
oAiphone system
Five (5) door stations.
Six (6) monitors
-The upgraded surveillance and access control systems shall be unified using security center software and shall be controlled from one (1) pc/Workstation located in the Computer Room:
•The new surveillance system shall include the following:
oForty-nine (49) cameras.
oOne (1) NVR device.
oSix (6) monitors for viewing only.
oOne (1) service monitor connected to NVR for system maintenance.
• The new access control system shall include of twenty-three (23) access-controlled doors.
•The new aiphone system shall include the following:
oFive (5) door stations.
oSix (6) monitors.
•The additional cashier’s surveillance system shall include the following:
oTwo (2) cameras
oOne (1) NVR device
oOne (1) monitor connected directly to the nvr device located in the county clerk’s office
oThe system will not operate on security center software
-Bidder shall furnish and install the following to support the building’s security center controlling the surveillance and access controls systems:
•One (1) pc/Workstation in the Computer Room (151) operating the surveillance and access control systems.
oWorkstation shall unify the surveillance and access systems using the Security Center software.
oBidder shall provide and install all software required to run the Security Center.
oRequired at workstation:
One (1) 40” desk mounted monitor
One (1) keyboard
One (1) mouse
One (1) enrollment reader
oLocation of pc/workstation is outlined
-Also provide:
•Tie fire alarms into the access control system Security Center software.
•Test all doors for proper functionality.
•Provide licenses for the surveillance systems, cameras, and access control system.
•System shall not require any licensing or annual fees after project acceptance.
•Provide fifty (50) hid proximity clamshell cards to function with the proposed access control system.
•Program approximately one hundred (100) current state employee id cards into the access control system.
•Provide a minimum of four (4) hours of training to selected personnel prior to completion of install.
•Provide an operation manual and reference guide (i.e., tip sheet) for the operation of the workstations.
•The will accept digital operation manual and reference guides.
•Provide a two-year maintenance warranty for all equipment installed from the date of acceptance.
•The warranty shall include full coverage of all system components.
•Any changes, repairs, or maintenance required during this period shall be addressed at no additional cost.
•Provide an uninterruptible power supply for each system with a minimum of three (3) hours of support time for all security systems.
•Plug into a standard duplex electrical outlet.
•Provide a service level agreement that includes a four (4) hour response time for an emergency and an eight (8) hour response time for a non-emergency after notification by the agency.
•Standard service hours are monday through friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm est.
-At a minimum, the installation shall comply with the following standards (as applicable):
•building industry consulting service international
oEach cable shall pass standard tests.
oTest results shall be provided to the contract manager and/or district court engineering & central services project manager
•National Electric Code
•standards and regulations
•Local code and standards
-Bidder security requirements
•The successful bidder, and all successful bidder personnel and subcontractor personnel assigned to the contract, must comply with all applicable federal and state laws, regulations, policies, and aoc policies and procedures for the duration of the contract.
•The successful bidder must comply with the judicial information systems (jis) information security policy.
•The information security policy closely aligns with guidelines published by the national institute of standards and technology
•The agency reserves the right to monitor all applicable computer and electronic equipment usage for compliance with its policies.

•Full name.
