The vendor is required to provide to develop and implement a county-wide training plan, which will provide trainings using previously developed curriculums, as well as develop new curriculum and trainings to help improve the safety and well-being of children and youth impacted by child trafficking.
- County partners, local agencies, stakeholders, foster care placement providers, and resource families to effectively engage and provide services, care and support to children and youth impacted by sex trafficking, labor trafficking and labor trafficking by forced criminality.
- Coordinate the county human trafficking trainings throughout the county (all proposed training sites must be approved by the county).
- Trainings will be delivered in-person or virtually, as directed by the manager.
- Ensure that diverse learning needs are met and accommodate diverse learning styles and needs (i.e. language support, accessibility for individuals with disabilities) and accessibility by offering various formats (in-person, online, hybrid) and locations to ensure accessibility for participants.
- Schedule, create and maintain a calendar of all trainings, conferences, and events at least 90 days prior to the workshop conference, or event.
- Conduct, facilitate, and/or subcontract up to 100 trainings per year.
- Facilitate train-the-trainer workshops as directed by the manager in English and Spanish on identified curriculum created and/or purchased by the county as well as curriculum developed by the contractor for the county.
- Create and reproduce digital, video, and/or print marketing and presentations materials in English and Spanish (as needed and directed by the manager), including PowerPoint, webinars, videos, post cards, posters, flyers, invitations, handouts, email, and social media posts or any other types of materials needed to market workshops, events, and activities.
- Such marketing material must include all the relevant information needed, including but not limited to: date, time, location of training event/activity, targeted audience, purpose/objectives of training event, description of training, and parking information to maximize participation by participants/ target population.
- Provide automated solution to track training registrations, delivery of trainings, type of trainings, attendance by discipline data, and evaluation data.
- Provide signage and verbal reminders to class participants to alert participants that they must sign-in on the training sign-in sheets in the morning and the afternoon, in order to receive certificates of completion.
- Provide oversight and evaluation of the county-wide trainings to ensure quality and consistency of each training.
- Analyze the recruitment and outreach plan quarterly, and make any necessary adjustments to increase attendance, and to ensure all deliverables are being met.
