The vendor is required to provide that culvert cleaning and video inspection services for use on all maintained roadways and property statewide.
- Culvert cleaning:
• Clean interior of pipe to allow passage of normal flows
• Dispose of material and debris in accordance to local, state and federal laws.  
• Report any evidence of illicit discharge, connection or dumping to agency
• Report any potential issues with the culvert’s integrity noticed during the cleaning process.
• Disposal fees for debris to an approved disposal site shall be paid as a price per ton based on the county of work which includes cost of transport of material to disposal site.
