The vendor is required to provide the cleanings are to take place during the school year according to the school holiday calendar for the following period:  September 2, 2025 – June 26, 2026; Monday – Friday, after 3:00 P.M.
• Clean high touch points including doors, light switches, and doorknobs using disinfectant and color-coded microfiber cloths. 
• Empty all wastepaper baskets and take trash and recyclables to their correct disposal bin at the end of the night. 
• Recyclables are not to be dumped into the trash.
• Spot clean all glass service (glass is to be free of smudges and fingerprints). 
• Vacuum all areas with HEPA approved vacuums.
• Dust mop and damp mop (wet mopping is not allowed) all hard surface floor areas.  
• The awarded vendor is to ensure cleaning pads are changed often to remove soil.
• Wipe down all horizontal surfaces with color coded microfiber cloths and disinfectant.
• Restock supplies as needed: (e.g., paper towels, hand soap, trash liners)
- Kitchens and breakrooms are to be cleaned as follows: 
• Clean all counters, tables and sinks using color coded microfiber cloths and disinfectant.
• Clean and disinfect exterior appliances with color coded microfiber cloths and disinfectant. 
• Clean high touch points including doors, light switches, and doorknobs using disinfectant and color-coded microfiber cloths. 
• Empty all wastepaper baskets and take trash and recyclables to their correct disposal bin at the end of the night.
• Recyclables are not to be dumped into the trash.
• Restock supplies as needed: (e.g., paper towels, hand soap, trash liners) 
• Dust mop and damp mop (wet mopping is not allowed) all hard surface floor areas.

- Restrooms are to be cleaned as follows:
• Clean all dispensers and fixtures including sinks, toilet bowls, urinals, and countertops using
• Color-coded microfiber cloths and disinfectant
• Wipe down restroom walls with disinfectant.
• Wipe down mirrors; mirrors are to be free of smudges and fingerprints.
• Clean high touch points including doors, light switches, and doorknobs using disinfectant and 
• Color-coded microfiber cloths. 
• Empty all wastepaper baskets and take trash and recyclables to their correct disposal bin at the end of the night. 
• Recyclables are not to be dumped into the trash.
