The vendor is required to provide to purchase a software as a service (SaaS) cloud-based pre-existing software agency for fire inspection and code enforcement software, with training and implementation.
- The authority currently uses fast field, permits plus, and firs.
- To include:
• 15 users (estimate)
• Unlimited number of read-only users
• Unlimited departments
• Unlimited data storage
• Unlimited remote training (no preferred format)
• Software updates
• 24/7 emergency phone support
• Self-service online knowledge base
• Availability on any computer, tablet, or mobile device
• Ability to track fire inspections
• Premium data (25mb uploads, 100 GB total storage)
• Configurable reporting
• Support geolocation tracking for inspections and field officers.
- Include configuration changes and anything as needed to keep software aligned with current processes.
- System shall support single sign-on (SSO) using existing azure ad/active directory.
- Account managers shall call twice per week, provide remote training once per week, and provide weekly summary emails to the authority's implementation team.
- Contractor shall backup, store, and manage data; contractor to perform backups a minimum of twice
per week and offsite backups a minimum of twice per week.
- The legacy systems include a custom in-house asp.net application with an oracle back-end along with some more recent inspections performed in fast field forms.
- There are specific checklists, forms, and workflows currently in use that may be replicated, however, new ones can be designed if needed.
- Implementation and set-up to be a one-time fee in year 1 (prompt delivery), and shall include GIS integration and data conversion fees.
- The authority uses the ESRI ArcGIS platform. ESRI formats include geodatabase with feature class, ArcGIS server feature service, ArcGIS online feature service, and shapefiles. GIS can provide geodatabase and shapefiles.
- Data upload and storage to include uploading files up to 3mb and 10 GB of managed data storage on cloud.
- All data can be exported/converted to csv, xml, and JSON as needed.
