RFP Description

The vendor is required to provide college and career success readiness services for the procurement and implementation of a comprehensive.
- Upgrade existing system: replace the current Naviance platform with a more advanced solution that offers enhanced features and capabilities.
- Improve user experience: provide a user-friendly interface for students, counselors, and administrators.
- Enhance data management: improve data collection, storage, and reporting capabilities.
- Support college and career readiness: offer comprehensive tools and resources for college and career planning.
- Ensure compliance and security: adhere to all relevant regulations and ensure data security and privacy.
- Project planning and management
•Develop a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
•Assign a dedicated project manager to oversee the implementation process.
•Conduct regular project status meetings with agency stakeholders.
•Migration from one to the next
- System design and configuration
•Customize the platform to meet agency specific requirements
•Ability to configure user roles and permissions based on staff assignment roles (i.e., counselor, principal and district staff).
•Must integrate with clever for staff and student single sign on, ability to also roster would be a plus.
•Ability to have specific staff (counselors) log in directly vs. using clever.
- Data migration
•Ability to upload data from previous years via csv format to include, but not limited to previously completed surveys regarding student plans.
•Assist with clever connection for current staff and students.
•Conduct thorough testing to validate data migration.
- User training and support
•Platform trainer to provide a comprehensive training for all user groups, including
•Teachers, support staff, students, counselors, and administrators.
•Develop user manuals and training materials.
•Offer ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
- Implementation and testing
•Deploy the new platform in a test environment for initial validation.
•Conduct user acceptance testing with agency stakeholders.
•Implement the platform in the production environment upon successful testing.
- Post and implementation support
•Provide post-implementation support for the first year. .
•Monitor system performance and address any issues that arise.
•Conduct a post-implementation review at 1, 3, and 6 months to identify areas for improvement.
