The vendor is required to provide consultants to support workforce planning who are familiar with work day human capital management (WD HCM).
- Consulting firms that can provide workforce insights to optimize our current team's talent and align our roles and services as the city transitions into new processes and workflows to support future services.
- Offer comprehensive recommendations for immediate optimization of workforce to enhance our services and align our teams for the future and be able to utilize work day HCM fully.
- This work could include recommending where to invest in full-time employees, where to hire temporary workers, and how to manage outsourcing or automation for non-core functions. 
- The goal is to be cost-efficient with our talent management to help avoid overstaffing or understaffing, lead to better budgeting and resource allocation.
