The vendor is required to provide that custom and promotional items services to acquire promotional items, tradeshow displays, uniforms, awards and gifts that are branded with state or its logos to be vetted and licensed.
- Provide a list of company licensed suppliers for our campus community to use for their promotional items for internal use.
- Course materials and other non-branded print material providers do not need to be licensed.
- A purchase order be issued for orders that cost $5000 or higher.
- Licensing information:
• The collegiate licensing company (CLC) or agree to be licensed within a month after being awarded the bid, for use of university logos.
• Provide a copy of your CLC license with your bid response. failure to provide copy of required license will cause your bid to not be considered for award.
- Royalties:
• Royalties charged by licensing company, will be included in the price of each item quote.
• Royalties will not be added as a line item at invoicing.
- Individual order turnaround:
• Provide items within 14-21 days after order(s) are received.
• Items may be needed sooner and will be part of the end user’s request at the time of order.
- Proofs: Provide proofs to the client for approval, prior to the production of any item.
