The vendor is required to provide from qualified suppliers of custom leadership and professional development training services.
- The college will work with the awarded supplier to create an annual series designed as an intensive intervention in phase 1 – to be completed by December 2025, and support/training for multiple years of programming.
- The series will consist of hands-on workshops (intensive) where leaders can learn and practice new skills.
- There should be additional shorter sessions (zoom or in-person) which can provide continual support to leaders and ensure momentum throughout the program.
- Supplier will be responsible for development of training sessions
- Supplier will deliver 90-minute training sessions (zoom or in person) for intermittent support throughout the year beginning in May and June 2025
- Supplier will deliver ½ day leadership workshop focused on building skills and practical application related to the college behavioral standards in September 2025.
- At least 1 workshop per year for all administrative leadership (~70 participants)
- The college would like to offer continual leadership support for all managers at college and ensure that all leaders who join college are exposed to necessary tools for supporting a positive change in culture and the college behavioral standards.
- Preferred supplier would offer a tool for measurement of learning outcomes or continual needs analysis to ensure tailored training interventions and support case for business impact.
- Provide an implementation time line showing the program being enacted in 2025, continue program through 2026, and create a sustainable leadership development framework for years after.
