The vendor is required to provide audio-visual (AV) replacement and enhancements include, but are not limited to, the following existing facilities, each as an individual project:

• Police department
• Chamber of commerce
• Central Park
• Community center
• Showalter stadium
• Other miscellaneous locations
- The following technologies are used to achieve desired audio-visual results:
• Wired and wireless microphones
• Amplifiers
• Video distribution switches
• Audio switchers
• Toa mixers
• Vaddio AV bridge
• IP cameras
• Crestron systems
• Various projectors and screens
• Televisions and monitors
• Fair-play electronic scoreboard
• Field microphones
• Miscellaneous software
- The purpose of any new design, install, repair, or enhancement is to achieve:
• Ease of use and operation
• Excellent quality audio and video
• Use of modern technologies
• Easy presentation methods for public and staff
• Simplification of architecture.
