RFP Description

The vendor is required to provide for the implementation of a flexible and scalable digital signage solution for meeting room spaces that will integrate with our current system, collegenet 25live (25live).
- Solution should be a secure, vendor-hosted, and web-based system; the proposed solution may also include hardware solutions for meeting room signage.
- Solution that displays meeting and event information outside of meeting spaces booked through 25live, and allows for walk-up reservations by active faculty, staff, and students at the meeting space signage, which should be updated in the scheduling system.
- Provide a comprehensive and integrated solution to address the university’s digital signage needs.
- The university’s current signage solution is not optimally meeting the business requirements for the student affairs division; the university uses 25live to manage meeting room spaces.
- Meeting room schedules are printed on paper and displayed outside each meeting room, showing reservation details for the current day, however, the schedules are only accurate at the time of printing and do not account for event changes.
