The vendor is required to provide ongoing economic development support services throughout the downtown area, comparative judgments of technical factors will be necessary.
- Perform outreach to attract new business to the downtown area, coordinate and implement various downtown focused events and collaborate on policies and programs that support the business community.
- The successful organization shall employ a variety of outreach tools including but not be limited to website, social media and printed promotional materials; administration of incentive type programs are encouraged but not required of the successful respondent.
- The organization will work with the city to monitor, review, and make adjustments to the eligibility criteria and guidelines, maintain the application documents and manage the application process, advertise the program, facilitate the review and selection process, support the administration of the grant documents and facilitate any necessary program related meetings.
