The Vendor is required to provide to conduct an economic impact study for proposed infrastructure, streetscape, and mobility improvements along street.
- This study will help evaluate the return on investment, economic development potential, business vitality, and broader community benefits of the proposed improvements.
- The findings will inform public decision-making, funding strategies, and implementation planning.
- The economic impact study are to:
• evaluate the short- and long-term economic impacts of proposed capital improvements to the study corridors
• quantify direct, indirect, and induced impacts, including but not limited to:
○ Business activity (sales, jobs, revenues)
○ Property values and tax revenues
○ Visitor and consumer spending
○ Construction-related impacts
• Assess potential for increased economic vitality, including infill development, adaptive reuse, and business attraction
• Support integration with the forthcoming Littleton Boulevard Subarea Plan, identifying areas of opportunity and economic alignment
• Provide clear, data-driven recommendations for communicating the project’s value to stakeholders and potential funding partners - Provide a work plan defining schedule, oversight, and requisite administrative tasks to support overall project needs, coordination of internal and external stakeholders, materials, and technical assistance.
- The work plan shall specify meetings, project milestones, communication protocols, and any regular reporting needs.
