The Vendor is required to provide delivery and supply of emergency medical supplies for two of the city’s fire departments.
- Set up minimum stocking quantities of emergency medical supplies and automatic restock of the list below to two of the fire stations on a weekly basis per par value without any fees for: shipping, delivery or stocking.
• Rotate and Replace on an as-need-basis those items that have expired.
• A representative from the company comes on a weekly basis, takes the order, processes it and re-stocks shelves.
• Issues Usage Reports of items purchased on an as-needed-basis to the EMS Director.
• Substitutions of products need prior approval by the EMS Director.
• Company ships themselves & stocks shelves, rotates product and maintains inventory control using barcode scanner.
• Barcodes labels are displayed and have item, description & par values.
• No Delivery Charges, No Service Charges, No Hidden Fees.
• Deliveries shall be made between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
