The Vendor is required to provide professional field and classroom trainers specializing in providing custom education and emergency planning services tailored to industrial work environments including emergency evacuation planning consultation and confined space evaluation, entry and rescue standby services.
- Services include:
• Provide trainers who partner with city energy occupational health & safety (OH&S) team members to plan, customize, and deliver training focused on increasing trauma life-saving skills, and confined space entry and rescue skills of city energy’s employees.
• Assist in planning and execution of confined space entry and provide standby emergency and rescue services for select confined space entry jobs.
• Provide city energy line workers and power plant employees training who work in uniquely hazardous environments, requiring specialized safety and rescue training, emergency medical response training, confined space entry planning services and associated hazardous environment training.
- Provide instructors who have experience in delivering life-saving education with hands-on exercises in industrial and field environments in the prehospital setting.
- Supply their own calibrated gas detectors for their employee use.
- Provide all travel, insurance, labor, tools, transportation, equipment, training materials, handouts, audits, and supplies, as necessary to perform the services.
