The Vendor is required to provide to establish a formal enterprise-wide recognition program to promote employee engagement by rewarding team members for quality work and desired behaviors that contribute.

• Branding using enterprise company logo and color palette
2. Features to ensure accessibility
• Account and profile setup provided by carrier
• Native language support for multiple language groups as needed, including but not limited to English and Spanish
• Additional language support as needed
• Mobile access and apps for iPhone and android users with single sign-on (SSO)

• Survey, nomination, and quiz capabilities
• Admin portal to include dashboard components, scorecards, reports, a learning center with demos, and other program administration tools

5. Optional: wellness program to include access to a complete wellness video library, with the ability to create playlists, and support for wearable devices (Fitbit, Garmin, apple watch, etc.)

• Quarterly point statements-online

- Ability to measure employee engagement; this includes in depth dashboard and reporting functions, including:
• Monthly, quarterly, annual utilization reporting
• Ability to sort and filter by various categories
• Other methods and reports to measure engagement as needed.
